Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how BlockSniper.ai handles information when you browse the site, create an account, monitor a mining identity, connect a rental provider, or use alerts and automation.
2. Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, this can include account and security details; Bitcoin Cash payout addresses; worker suffixes, tags, and private labels; provider connection credentials or tokens you submit; hashrate, shares, workers, blocks, rental results, and alert preferences; and technical records such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events.
3. Why we use it
We use information to deliver and secure the service, match mining activity to the identities you monitor, display private dashboards, connect providers you authorize, run requested alerts or automation, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, communicate service changes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Public blockchain and pool data
Bitcoin Cash addresses, block records, coinbase data, and some pool telemetry may be public independently of BlockSniper. Publishing or removing a page on this site cannot erase data recorded on a public blockchain. Account labels and private monitoring associations are not intended to be exposed in the public feed.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, and notification providers that help operate the service. When you connect a marketplace or notification channel, relevant data is sent to that provider to perform your request. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the selected features, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention varies by data type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and sessions
BlockSniper may use essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and service operation. Browser settings can control cookies, but blocking essential storage may prevent account features from working.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update account details and monitoring settings through the service. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. Requests can be made through the support channels published inside BlockSniper.ai. We may need to verify the request and retain information where law, security, fraud prevention, or legal claims require it.
9. International processing, children, and updates
Service providers may process information in countries other than yours under appropriate safeguards where required. BlockSniper is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the service in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy and will post the revised version and effective date here.
