Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

1. The service

BlockSniper.ai provides a Bitcoin Cash solo-mining endpoint, public pool and blockchain telemetry, private account monitoring, alerts, analytical tools, and supported integrations that can monitor or stop eligible third-party hashrate rentals. Features may change as the service develops.

2. Direct, non-custodial mining rewards

For a valid direct-payout mining identity, a block reward is assigned through the coinbase transaction to the Bitcoin Cash address encoded in that identity. BlockSniper does not provide a custodial reward balance or withdrawal account. You are responsible for entering a valid address you control; blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.

3. Mining risk and no guarantee

Mining is probabilistic. Hashrate, difficulty, coin value, provider delivery, fees, latency, stale or orphaned blocks, and network conditions can change. Estimates, forecasts, historical results, calculators, and AI-generated guidance are informational—not promises of a block, profit, return, or timing.

4. Rental providers and automation

Hashrate rentals are supplied by independent services such as NiceHash or MiningRigRentals. Their terms, fees, refund rules, order states, and APIs apply separately. MaxProfit and AI StopLoss act only on connected, supported, stoppable orders and depend on provider, network, API, and detection availability. You must choose limits you understand and continue monitoring your orders.

5. Your responsibilities

You must use the service lawfully, protect account and integration credentials, provide accurate payout and connection details, authorize only accounts you control, and meet any tax, reporting, licensing, or regulatory obligations that apply to you. Do not interfere with the service, evade controls, or use it to access another person's mining activity.

6. Public mining data

Bitcoin Cash addresses, blocks, coinbase data, and related mining telemetry may already be public or observable on the blockchain or pool. Private account labels and monitored aliases are separate account features and are not intended for the public block feed.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlockSniper is not responsible for indirect losses, missed blocks, third-party provider failures, market movements, or an automation action that is delayed or unavailable. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Accounts, changes, and contact

We may restrict abusive or unsafe use and may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent through the support channels published inside BlockSniper.ai.
